Alpha, the UK's largest supplier of aviation support services, joined with Travel Retail Training Ltd (TRT) to introduce the 'Inflight Sales Person of the Year Awards'. The system required two levels of administrator interface, one for Alpha and TRT, the other for each airline taking part in the Awards.

Three years on, the awards are still going strong and the website needs little maintenance from year to year due to the backend engine that permits Administrators and Airlines to manage News, Participants, Events and Guests.
